This is my best friend. She is currently lying in a hospital bed with machines helping her to breath, in a possible coma.

She’s 14 years old and she comes from Denmark. Nanna has gone through so much pain and suffering, so much more than anybody ever deserves. 

She has tried to commit suicide 4 or 5 times before and has slowly damaged her organs. The doctors told her a few days ago she’d have just under a year to live. Two days ago she took some morphine for her pain and stopped breathing.

She got admitted to the hospital and the doctors said if she didn’t wake in 24hrs she wouldn’t survive. Yesterday, a few hours before the 24hrs were up, she started breathing. They said she would survive.

This morning she stopped breathing again, and the think she could be in a coma.

I’m scared that I’m about to lose my best friend.

We might live in completely different countries, but she’s one of the only people that understands me. She makes me smile, laugh, happy, she knows what to say to bring me out of a low mood. 

She’s my everything and I’m not ready to lose her.
